Patrick Morgan

Attorney at Law

After graduating from Phillips Exeter Academy and Cornell University, Patrick Morgan attended New England School of Law. After law school Patrick Morgan received a Masters in Business Administration from a joint program of the University of New Hampshire and L’Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Brest, France. In 1993 he began his litigation career when he joined David Rifkin’s expanding practice on the North Shore.

Patrick has tried well over 150 trials, in both criminal cases and civil litigation.

He has represented clients all over Massachusetts in all types of criminal cases from OUI (drunk driving) and assaults to serious felonies, including drug crimes, gun crimes, homicide, fraud, sex crimes, domestic violence and embezzlement. His success in resolving criminal prosecutions for his clients, both at trials and through pretrial practice, is exceptional.

With thirty years of trial experience, Patrick Morgan will get you results you deserve in civil claims, as evidenced by his long history of success in medical malpractice and other personal injury claims. His practice is limited to litigation and the results speak for themselves.

Values & Mission

I take great pride in having helped hundreds of people in my three decades as a lawyer. My clients know they can trust me to advocate for them. While that advocacy is important, I never forget the little things are big things. I am here to listen to you and  respect you. I am that lawyer who returns calls, emails, and texts as soon as possible. I will speak with you at night and on weekends when you need to speak with me. If a criminal client needs to meet, I am the lawyer who gladly shows up at a correctional facility.

That respect is broad based and free of any judgment. I come from a modest background, having worked full time while in college and graduate school to pay for my education. My life has afforded me the chance to enjoy and respect all members of society. I take pride in having diverse friends and clients. I treat everybody with respect regardless of
race, ethnicity, age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, and economic status.

I will provide a kind and supportive connection as I know you need and deserve this level of service in working with a lawyer during a very stressful and at times painful process. I will be there for you while fighting and advocating for you. I will be compassionate, proactive and persistent while at the same time being candid, trustworthy, hardworking, and ethical.

I will be the lawyer you deserve.
